POLICY

Overview

Newtons Tech LLC ("we", "us") is a marketing operations and systems consultancy. We provide Growth and Operations Audits, implementation projects, recurring Care plans, and approved support work.

This page is the umbrella policy. Because engagements differ, refund and cancellation terms may vary by engagement, and the specific terms are set out in your signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. You receive the applicable cancellation and refund terms before you pay.

Which terms apply

If anything in your signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Existing clients remain under the agreement they already signed. This page does not change any prior signed agreement. It applies to purchases made on or after the effective date above.

Growth and Operations Audit

Before kickoff, and before any audit work begins, the audit fee is refundable in full. Once kickoff occurs or audit work begins, it is non-refundable. If we cancel or cannot deliver, you receive a full refund.

Any audit work already delivered is yours to keep, including the ranked plan. The $1,500 credit applies only to separately approved implementation work.

Implementation projects

Refund and cancellation terms for implementation are defined in the signed proposal or statement of work for that project. Completed work and earned milestones follow that signed agreement.

Care plans and ongoing support

Care plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Partial-month refunds are not issued. Your service stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we will help you migrate hosting, DNS, and content if you decide to move on. Terms for other approved support work are set out when that work is approved.

How to request a refund

Email billing@newtonstech.com with your invoice number, the charge date, and a short note on what you would like refunded. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, or something on a project has not gone the way you expected, please reach out first. We would much rather sort it out with you directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can pause active services while your bank investigates.
