These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of newtonstech.com (the "Site"), operated by Newtons Tech LLC ("Newtons Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newtons Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability, if any, is limited to $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Newtons Tech LLC and its officers, members, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Site, other users, or Newtons Tech LLC. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices posted on the Site and messages sent to any email address you provide. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Miscellaneous
